Reporting Issues

If you find that the delivered products differ from your requested specifications or contain defects, please contact us at within 3 working days of receiving your order. It is crucial for us to address any concerns promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Reprint Policy

In cases where a product defect or discrepancy is due to an error on our part, Panda Scientist will offer a free reprint of the order. The determination of such faults will be made by our dedicated management team.

Return Process

To initiate a return, the full order must be shipped back to us within 7 working days. The return shipment should be accompanied by appropriate documentation or evidence of the product defects, including digital photographs. This helps us to understand the issue and reprint your order accurately.

Return Shipping Cost

The cost of returning the product must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your return.

Chargeback Policy

A chargeback option is not available. However, if the error is acknowledged to be on our side, a full reprint will be provided. In cases where the fault lies with the client but a reprint is still requested, a chargeback will be issued after deducting the costs for product setup and shipping.

Client Responsibility

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the specifications and requirements sent to us are accurate and complete. Panda Scientist is committed to fulfilling your order as per the provided details.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of proof approval, incurring a fee of $25 and 5% of the total order amount. Cancellations after 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total order value to cover time and resources used. Cancellations beyond the 24-hour window are not guaranteed.
