4. Incidents resulting from unauthorized access to password-protected areas of our website. You will compensate and defend Panda Scientist against any losses, damages or costs related to such claims including covering legal costs and expenses that arise as a result of them.
5. Panda Scientist will not be held liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages that result from using our website or services, such as personal injuries or property damages; even if advised about their possibility.
6. Panda Scientist’s total liability to you arising from this agreement or your use of our website shall in no event exceed the total amount paid to us for an order or service in question, according to our Return and Refund Policy.

Printing Issues and Reprints Should any discrepancies or defects in the printing of your order arise, or it doesn’t match your specified requirements, please notify Panda Scientist within three working days after receiving it. In cases of defective printing or deviations from stated requirements, we offer a reprint at our expense rather than refunds – our management team assesses defects upon receiving feedback; to initiate this reprint request customers must send digital photos of defective product at their expense within seven business days in order to initiate it themselves – charges on expedited orders are non-refundable

Pricing and Currency

Prices on the Panda Scientist website are listed in USD (U.S. Dollars), with payments accepted using only verified payment methods in this currency. Your order will only be processed once we have received payment in full – including applicable taxes and shipping charges – including your full order total including applicable taxes and shipping fees.

Confirm Your Order

Our order process involves providing us with your final design specifications either electronically or physically for production. Once approved and sent off to our production team, any further alterations cannot be made to either design or timeframe.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled within four hours of proof approval at no charge, with an administrative fee of $25 plus 5% of the order value applied as cancellation charges. Cancellations occurring after 24 hours will incur 50% of total order value as cancellation charges to cover time and resources used; beyond 24 hours cancellation is not guaranteed. When designing orders are involved cancellation policies may differ.

Panda Scientist does not offer refunds on design service orders placed; once an order has been confirmed and accepted by us, it becomes final and non-refundable. See Sales Tax Policy for further information.

Panda Scientist complies with state tax laws that pertain to our transactions, so customers placing orders from within Illinois (IL) are subject to sales tax payment in addition to their product/service costs.

Tax-Exempt Customers Illinois residents eligible for tax exempt status should present their valid and up-to-date exemption certificate at the time of placing their order, upon which our customer service team will waive sales tax from your order. Please ensure you know and comply with your state tax regulations when ordering from Panda Scientist; for inquiries or further clarification on our Sales Tax Policy please reach out directly. Artwork Requirements

Our designers at Panda Scientist work tirelessly with the artwork you submit in order to craft exceptional designs. For maximum quality printing, we require that the files submitted must have 300 dpi resolution and be submitted in CMYK format; any files not meeting these criteria, such as differing font sizes or non-CMYK formats cannot be held liable in the form of blurriness, color exaggeration or deviations from what was expected print outcome.

Customers are responsible for any discrepancies in their printed product due to orientation or sequence of their order submission. While our team takes every precaution possible to prevent loss or damage of printed orders submitted for printing through Panda Scientist, Panda Scientist cannot be held liable if any are lost due to uploading artwork or files to our website. By uploading these files and art on the Panda Scientist website you agree that you legally own them or possess legal permission to use this material.

Panda Scientist reserves the right to refuse any order that we believe may violate law or infringe upon third-party rights. As our customer, you bear full responsibility for what content is created based on your instructions; and as we reserve our rights without explanation when offensive, indecent, or abusive material is produced, Panda Scientist may decline it without further explanation. Proofs and Color Accuracy

Proof Review and Approval Step One in our order process begins when we receive your final design either electronically or physically, but production will only commence once your proof has been approved – you are responsible for reviewing and verifying it to avoid delays which could impede production timelines calculated from proof agreement point.

As you review proofs, make sure to thoroughly review them for any possible mistakes in spacing, copy, layout, punctuation, image placement or text. Electronic proofs may not accurately depict transparency issues such as overprinting issues or color shifts from RGB or Pantone to CMYK; we cannot be held accountable for lamination effects on printed products.

Color Matching mes While our team endeavors to match the colors in your artwork as closely as possible, due to the inherent limitations of printing processes and various ink requirements, exact color accuracy cannot always be guaranteed. By placing an order, you acknowledge this limitation; our team endeavors to achieve as close a match as possible but variations between what was expected and what is printed should not constitute grounds for reprinting or refund. Panda Scientist is committed to offering superior custom packaging and printing services, but cannot be held accountable for certain errors that arise in final printed product, including (but not limited to):

Spelling and Grammar Mistakes:

Any spelling or grammar errors present in the submitted design or text. Wrong Font Usage/Erroneous Font Size/Erroneous Font Placement are issues related to font use; errors with size or positioning could occur as well.

Graphics & Punctuation Issues:

Any graphic-related mistakes such as punctuation marks or symbols could arise as errors as well.

Die Lines and Cropping Marks:

Mistakes related to die lines, cropping marks or other print setup features. Cracks on Folds: Appearance of cracks or blemishes along fold lines. Overprinting Issues: Errors associated with overprinting processes.

Size Variations: Any variance between the actual finished product size and specifications submitted.

Packaging and Shipping

Please be aware that all packaging materials provided by Panda Scientist come pre-assembled for ease of use and to preserve product integrity during shipping. Germain Printing Inc offers printing solutions specifically tailored to this industry.

Printing Technique Policy Panda Scientist typically does not employ gang printing for its printing products. We retain the right to select the technique which best meets our company and customer requirements in order to guarantee top-quality output for every project. Overruns and Underruns (O/Us)

Panda Scientist strives to fulfill each order precisely; however, slight overruns or underruns may occur from time to time. We typically provide up to 5% more products at no additional charge; in cases of underrun, we only charge for what was actually delivered – keeping in line with industry standard of up to 5% variability of product quantities. Production Speed, Shipping & Delivery Of Orders

Production and Turnaround Once payment for an order has been received and artwork/files have been uploaded in either hard or electronic formats, and approved proofs received, production begins and printing turnaround begins. When placing an order you can select your desired production speed as indicated by working days from printing to shipment – proof approvals must be sent prior to 10am Central Standard Time in order to abide by this schedule.

Shipping and Delivery

Panda Scientist strives to deliver your orders in a timely fashion; however, we cannot be held liable for any losses arising from shipping delays caused by weather or customs issues beyond our control. Should there be issues related to printing that result in delays, only the charges associated with printing will be credited back as orders do not cancel because of such delays.

Customers shipping outside of the USA are responsible for any applicable custom duties and fees; it is their duty to clear customs charges when sending orders abroad. Panda Scientist’s standard delivery timeframe in the USA is 10-12 days with expedited options of 6-8 days available as well as 2-3 additional days for ground shipping; charges may apply when sending items abroad, as we cannot be held accountable for delivery transportation timings nor loss or damage during shipping, though any incidents must be reported within 6 working days after shipping has taken place.
